This project for Geothermal Development consisted of site work and utilities for a 17,752 square foot, tilt up construction, office and warehouse facility. Tucked away at the base of Rattlesnake Mountain in Reno Nevada, the existing site soils were unacceptable for building construction. Over 3,000 tons of material had to be exported off-site, and 2,600 tons of structural fill was imported and placed for the building pad. Other project elements included new construction of underground water, sewer and storm drain systems, as well as electrical, communications and gas services.
